Haunted Mansion Parlor Bar
You don’t need a doom buggy to see this new Haunted Mansion Bar. This one is found aboard the Disney Treasure Cruise Ship and the Disney Destiny. Materializing on the High Seas, this new Haunted Mansion Lounge is the first of its kind. Featuring nostalgic decor, the Haunted Mansion Parlor brings guests further into the Haunted Mansion story with familiar lore, and storytelling. Get ready for a swinging wake, and a jovial captain taking his place among the 999 happy haunts. All as a result of a disastrous dinner with his beloved fiancée.
Located in the same location onboard as the Hyperspace Lounge aboard the Disney Wish, this parlor is completely themed to the HM style. Featuring a classic cruise liner style from the golden age. Signature Haunted Mansion elements can be seen all over this small space. From the purple armchair to the wallpaper, there’s plenty to be noticed among the web-covered details. Featuring both alcoholic and zero-proof cocktails and drinks. Here you can find some of the recipes of what’s getting stirred up at the Haunted Mansion Parlor. Sympathetic Libations, Ghoulish Delight, and the Signature Beverage, are all on the menu.

Both the Disney Destiny and the Disney Treasure Cruise Ship have the Haunted Mansion Bar onboard. Located on Deck 3 of the ship, just down the hall from the Grand Lobby.

You can step foot in the Haunted Mansion Parlor Bar onboard the Disney Treasure Cruise Ship.
Do you need a Reservation for the Haunted Mansion Parlor Bar?
Haunted Mansion Parlor Bar Reservations may be required on your sail. Or you may have to add your name to a waitlist. If so, do this as soon as you arrive onboard to secure a spot. Taking the space on the Treasure and Destiny, that the Hyperspace Lounge currently occupies on the Disney Wish, this is a VERY SMALL Disney Cruise Bar. As such, when the Hyperspace Lounge opened on the Disney Wish, it was only able to accommodate about 45 people at a time. Given it’s additionally confusing “secret entrance,” and the hype surrounding it’s $5000 drink, Hyperspace did require reservations.
Haunted Mansion too has a very big following of die hard fans. That will most likely require some sort of reservation or waitlist system to accommodate all the guests onboard who want to experience the lounge. Our best tip here is to make sure you get on the Disney Cruise App, Navigator section as soon as you board. As reservations will most likely be able inside the App, and available on a first come first serve basis. We’ll be sure to update this post as more details are released. Haunted Mansion Parlor Bar Story
As always, the story comes first. And the Haunted Mansion Parlor Bar has a unique and haunting story all it’s own. Featuring the story of a jovial captain answering a distress call from another ship, we hear tale of the first time he meets his beloved. A beautiful woman floating among the debris was the lone survivor of the ship, upon his arrival. Fair, with chestnut hair and green eyes, the woman wears a golden key around her neck. Entranced, the Captain becomes enamored, and they become engaged at once.
Of course, the flickering portrait of her revealing a mermaid may share more of the story than the captain himself even knows. And soon after a disastrous dinner with his fiancé, he enters the realm of ghostly haunts. Luckily the Captains devoted crew is on hand to recount the tale. Sharing that after the fateful dinner with his fiancé, all that remained was his hat, floating in the ghost fish aquarium.
The Haunted Mansion Parlor bar decor promises hidden clues to help us uncover the mystery of the happy couples disappearance. So, be on the lookout for all the easter eggs, that may help decipher their whereabouts.

Haunted Mansion Parlor Bar Experience
As part of your visit to the Haunted Mansion Parlor, you’re taken into a 30-minute ambient experience. This includes honoring the departed at the Captain’s funeral. Attended by various ghosts, the party stall in limbo, limiting the ghosts ability to materialize. Luckily, Madame Leota is on hand to perform a seance and that brings the whole room to life.
Haunted Mansion Parlor Bar Soundtrack
As part of the funeral proceedings, a special soundtrack has been created for The Haunted Mansion Parlor. Arranged and adapted by composer Shruti Kumar and Walt Disney Imagineering. If you have ridden the Haunted Mansion attraction you’ll catch familiar chords and sounds along the way, that helps to immerses you into the story.


Haunted Mansion Parlor Bar Decor
This bar is found behind one of the “corridor of doors,” from the Haunted Mansion attraction. The Parlor highlights the nostalgic art style of the original 1969 Disneyland Haunted Mansion attraction. Blending familiar lore, humor and extra spooky storytelling, the decor in this bar is reminiscent of a first-class drawing room. Often seen on the classic cruise liners of the golden age. Featuring the same familiar technology in the Haunted Mansion at Disney parks around the world, you can expect to see creepy pictures. on display. You know, the ones that change, throughout your visit to the Haunted Mansion Parlor Bar.
Highlighting the lost souls onboard the ship, both new and familiar faces are part of the Haunted Mansion Parlor decorations throughout this small space. In addition to maritime objects, you can also see the painting of The Flying Dutchman hanging over the fireplace.
Honoring elements from the Haunted Mansion ride in Disneyland and Walt Disney World, the Parlor includes the iconic Staring Wallpaper. Known as the Haunted Mansion Wallpaper. Familiar red velvet furniture, sconces and candelabras from the dining room scene, and the Haunted Mansion Clock placed on top the mantel. In addition to the Hitchhiking Ghosts materializing above the bar in a digital “window,” you will also get to know other characters who haunt this space. Created by Disney animator, Marc Davis, you can see The Mariner. There’s the Mermaid Bride ( inspired by the iconic Cat Lady in the HM ride) and the Ghost Fish are all part of the story and are woven into the space in interesting ways.

Rolly Crump Bust
Resembling the Disney Imagineers’ 1969 Haunted Mansion murals, you can also see interesting specimens and objects from Haunted Mansion Imagineer, Rolly Crump’s “Museum of the Weird” project. While many of the elements in the Museum of the Weird were used in the attractions, the remaining curious and strange items, have been taken from the Disney Vault and placed into this Disney Cruise Lounge for display. The Haunted Mansion Bar even has a “Brother Roland” bust to honor it’s original creator.

Face Armchair
Another familiar element that is on display in the Haunted Mansion Parlor Bar is the famous Face Armchair, also known as the “Donald Duck” Chair from Walt Disney World’s Haunted Mansion. Recently removed from the attraction to make way for the iconic Hatbox Ghost in it’s previous location, the chair has found a new home onboard the Disney Treasure.

Hitchhiking Ghosts
No Haunted Mansion Parlor would be complete without a visit from the Hitchhiking Ghosts. And since there is always room for one more, they found their way onboard your Disney Cruise Ship, to follow you home. This trip of ghosts, float above the bar in a mirror of sorts. They’ll surely be making mischief during the Captain’s funeral.


The Mariner
A new character you can find at sea in the Haunted Mansion Parlor Bar is The Mariner. Originally found in the Haunted Mansion at WDW and Tokyo Disney, this seafarer seems to know a thing or two about shipwrecks. He also honored in the merchandise, and featured on a collectible ceramic mug.

The Bride
The Captain’s beautiful bride is fresh from the sea, in more ways than one. With secrets revealed in her portrait, she’s honored as the figurehead of a ship, with a ceramic mug of her own. Complete with the golden key hanging around her neck, just as the Captain had found her on that fateful day.

The Aquarium of Ghost Fish
Another interesting display from the mind of Rolly Crump, this aquarium of Ghost Fish, is the perfect addition to the Haunted Mansion Parlor Bar, and the last location of the Captain’s hat. Who knows what ghostly things we’ll find in this tank. However, there promises to be clues about the beloved Captain, so be sure to take a closer look when you visit.

Sympathetic Libations
Want the perfect zero-proof cocktail? Look no further than the Sympathetic Libations, which will invite you to sip on sour cherry and blood orange flavors in a specialty tiki mug. Sympathetic Libations is a non-alcoholic cocktail that includes Lyre’s Agave Blanco (which is non-alcoholic), Lyre’s Orange Sec, fresh lime juice, blood orange syrup, and sour cherry syrup. It’s topped with lime salt foam, a dried orange slice, and a sour cherry candy spray. The beverage is served in a specialty tiki mug.


Ghoulish Delight
If you have a sweet tooth, you’ll love the Ghoulish Delight, which is an ube-flavored treat that everyone will be able to enjoy. The drink, includes hints of sweetness and nuttiness by combining decadent ube fudge, oat milk and tapioca pearls into a glittery purple concoction, garnished with a gummy eyeball.


Signature Beverage
A ghostly twist on a classic margarita, presented to guests amidst a swirl of flavored smoke, will be another signature drink at the Haunted Mansion Parlor. Topped with a lemon salt foam, this tequila-based cocktail will contain a secret message, only to be revealed by black light. Featuring 818 Anejo Tequila, Cointreau Noir Liqueur, blood orange syrup, sour cherry syrup, fresh lime juice, lime salt foam, and cherry-flavored popping candy.

Also included is the Jungle Cruise inspired Skipper Society Lounge, and the 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea Periscope Pub. The Disney Treasure also features the Scat Cat Club inspired by the Aristocats.
